This schedule works well in the fall and winter months. But as we get into spring and summer, it is better to pick up by Thursday Night. Some of our meats are not frozen and will need to be put into a cooler, fridge or freezer as soon as possible.

Some folks take turns picking up for each other. Or one person who has a big enough vehicle picks up for all in their area.
